NZSTA Resources available from the Speech-Language Therapy Resource Room


The following are new resources that have recently been purchased by NZSTA and are available for members to borrow from the SLT Resource Room, C/o Carlson School, 261 St Andrews Road, Epsom, Auckland, telephone (09) 624 3308.    Open:  Tuesdays 4.00pm-6pm.   

1.    Communicating Quality 2 - Professional Standards for    Speech and Language Therapists.   These are the Standards of Practice adopted by NZSTA. (1 copy only).

2.    Sounds & Vowels - Key to Literacy Progress by Susan Galletly, 1999

3.    Research Strategies in Human Communication Disorders, 2nd Edition by Donald G Doehring.

Members may access these resources by writing or telephone the SLT Resource Room on a Tuesday, between the hours of 4.00pm-6pm with your request.

If a book is unavailable at the time of the request, it will be reserved and sent to member as soon as possible.   When returning a book members are asked to include a cheque or stamps to cover the cost of the original postage.

The borrowing period is four weeks.   Members must return resources after this time.
